I started as a gas engineer in 2004. Twenty years later, I've installed thousands of boilers across Berkshire. But in 2019, I made a decision that changed everything: I stopped fitting gas boilers entirely.
Why? Because I could see where heating was heading. Heat pumps aren't just better for the planet — they're better for homeowners. Lower bills, more consistent warmth, no gas safety worries.
By going all-in on heat pumps, we've built expertise that generalist plumbers simply can't match. We know these systems inside out. We know which brands work best in which situations. We know how to size them properly and how to make them sing.
